Top 10 Changes

Ben Hanley RHP / Mason, OH / 2026

Report: Hanley, poised for another strong 2026 season, made notable strides this offseason. The physical right-hander is a rare talent, showcasing the ability to generate a diverse array of pitches. In his initial pre-season outing against Springboro, his velocity registered 94-95 mph, touching 97 mph.

Matthew Mansbery SS / 3B / Walsh Jesuit High School, OH / 2026

Report: Mansbery, a Future Games alum, is an elite defender due to his dangerous combination of length and speed, standing at 6-foot-3. Coming off a strong fall, the Walsh Jesuit standout is set up to follow his terrific junior season where he hit over .494 across more than 80 at-bats.

Risers and Newcomer

Caleb McMonigle RHP / 3B / Bishop Fenwich High School, OH / 2026

Report: Caleb has earned a spot in the rankings following an impressive bullpen showing at Procase. His fastball is a tough pitch for hitters, thanks to an average induced vertical break (iVB) of over 20 inches, which makes the pitch play up. If he can consistently command the zone and get outs, he has the potential for a big senior season.

Grant Lashutka RHP / SS / St. Edward, OH / 2026

Report: A significant jump of eight spots lands Grant at number 12 in the rankings. This right-hander, who continues his impressive climb, showed major progress over the winter and will be a marked name for opponents. His velocity now regularly sits in the low 90s, topping out at 94 mph.

Marcus Tekancic SS / RHP / Saint Ignatius, OH / 2026

Report: Marcus has made a significant leap of 54 spots in these rankings. The defensive play-maker recently committed to reigning DII national champion Tampa. With his bat steadily developing, expect Marcus to once again be a major contributor in the Ignatius lineup.
