It is officially that time of the year and the High School season is finally upon us. Today, we reveal our Preseason All-Prep Baseball Maryland Second Team. Throughout the next few days, we will reveal the All-State First Team, along with Delaware All-State teams. These lists include Public School players ONLY from across the Old Line and First State, respectively.
