2026 Prep Baseball Dakotas Preseason ID-North Dakota: Event Preview

WEST FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA - On Saturday, March 7th, Prep Baseball Dakotas travels to the Rustad Recreational Center to host the Preseason ID-North Dakota. This event will feature over 70 prospects from the class of 2026 through 2029. This collection of players will include plenty of fresh faces as well as returning faces to the Prep Baseball ecosystem.

From across the state of North Dakota, Dickinson's Kyler Kudrna jumpstarted his junior recruiting year with a bang at the Preseason ID-North Dakota. Standing at a slender 6-3, 180lbs, the Future NDSU Bison sat 87-88 on the mound, throwing all 3 pitches for strikes. This led Kyler to the Dakota State Games, and Senior Future Games for Team Minnesota, getting in front of the eyes of collegiate programs at a national level. |

Caden Nelson RHP / 3B / Fargo South, ND / 2027Texas A&M commit Caden Nelson has been one of two premier arms out of the Dakotas in the last 2 years out of Fargo. At last years event, Nelson got up to 92 MPH with his fastball, with two nasty offspeed offerings. The 2025 Future Games alum will be in attendance this Saturday as well. |

Wyatt Kosidowski OF / SS / Fargo Davies High School, ND / 2026Rankings StateRank: 11 / POS: 1
Kosidowski showed a polished game off at the 2025 event, with increased physicality and metrics all around. The future Iowa Central Trition sat mid-80s on the mound, and swinging it in the mid-90s at the dish. Wyatt went on a tear during his spring as well, earning All-State honors, leading the Eagles to a 3rd place finish at state. |

Cameron Stahl RHP / OF / Horace, ND / 2028The right-handed-pitcher out of Horace is an intruiging name to watch this weekend. Stahl was up to 88 MPH on the mound at last years event with raw arm strength. Definitely a name to follow out of North Dakota. |

Kylan Pulkrabek OF / RHP / West Fargo Sheyenne High School, ND / 2027Rankings StateRank: 9 / POS: 4
Kylan Pulkrabek, a 2025 North Dakota State Champion for Sheyenne, stood out at the Preseason ID-North Dakota event in 2025 with athleticism. Featuring a 6.74 60-yard dash and 90+ mph arm strength from the outfield, paired with exit velocities in the high 90s. Following a productive offseason, he is another name to keep tabs on after Saturday. |

Henry Schrum C / 3B / South High School, ND / 2028Schrum has shown significant development over the last 18 months. The versatile catcher and infielder impressed in Fargo last summer with mid-90s exit velocities, present arm strength, and quick pop times. Follow through spring and summer seasons. |
