McQueen 26, Galena 7
McQueen exploded for an astounding 21 runs in the first inning to overwhelm Galena in a 26-7 victory on Wednesday. Despite an early 3-0 lead from Galena behind a Dray Noble home run, McQueen responded with a 15-hit barrage in the bottom half of the frame. McQueen's offense remained relentless, adding five more runs in the second to finish with 20 total hits in the short-game affair.

The McQueen lineup featured massive production from top to bottom, with Spevak driving in five runs and four different players recording three-hit games. Brooks Porter earned the win on the mound while also contributing a home run and two hits at the plate. Galena's Charles Tipton provided a bright spot in the loss, going perfect at the plate with three RBIs.

Palo Verde 7, Sierra Vista 2
Palo Verde secured a 7-2 road victory over Sierra Vista behind a dominant pitching performance from Kyle Johnson and a balanced offensive attack. The Panthers took control early and held the Mountain Lions to just three hits over seven innings. Palo Verde’s lineup showed depth with nine total hits, including a home run from Matthew Simmler, while their aggressive approach on the base paths resulted in five stolen bases.

Sierra Vista struggled to generate momentum against the Panthers' staff, managing only two runs on three hits. Despite a gritty complete-game effort on the mound from Kyler Meleski, the Mountain Lions were unable to overcome Palo Verde's multi-run innings and high-pressure baserunning.

Liberty 10, Shadow Ridge 9
Liberty survived a late-inning surge from Shadow Ridge to secure a 10-9 victory in a high-scoring thriller. The Patriots built an early lead, powered by a 14-hit offensive explosion, including a home run from Shawn Mack and a perfect 4-for-4 day at the plate from Casey Arkerson. Liberty's discipline was on full display as they drew five walks and capitalized on defensive miscues to stay ahead.
Shadow Ridge refused to go quietly, mounting a furious comeback with three runs in both the third and seventh innings. The Mustangs' attack was led by multi-hit performances from Oliver Schoppmann and Kyson Rollo, along with a triple from Marco Montesanti. Despite out-slugging the Patriots in extra-base hits and aggressive baserunning, Shadow Ridge fell just one run short as Liberty's Carson Cates earned the win on the mound.

Coronado rode a multi-home run performance and a dominant relief outing from Parker Janssen to secure a 9-4 road victory over Durango. The Cougars’ offense ignited in the middle innings, highlighted by home runs from Santiago Cocon and Ryder Metz, alongside a triple by Jesse Jaime. Coronado displayed excellent plate discipline, drawing five walks to keep constant pressure on the Trailblazers' defense throughout the contest.

Durango attempted a late-game rally in the seventh inning, powered by Luke Desoto’s three-RBI double, but the deficit proved too large to overcome. Despite the loss, the Trailblazers showed patience at the plate by drawing seven walks. Parker Janssen anchored the win for the Cougars, striking out six batters over 5.2 innings and allowing zero earned runs.

Silverado 14, The Meadows 10
Silverado overcame an early deficit to defeat The Meadows 14-10 in a high-scoring battle on Wednesday. After trailing 5-1 in the first, Silverado utilized a massive seven-run fifth inning, highlighted by a three-run home run from Giovanni Guariglia, to pull ahead for good. The Meadows' offense was spearheaded by a perfect 4-for-4 performance from Lucas Salas, but despite racking up eight hits and eight walks as a team, the Mustangs were unable to keep pace with Silverado's 12-hit attack.

Silverado's power was on full display as Giovanni Guariglia launched two home runs, totaling four RBIs on the day. The Meadows showed resilience with a five-run fourth inning to briefly reclaim the lead, but Silverado’s late-inning surges and aggressive baserunning—including two steals from Hogan Hawkins—secured the victory.

Centennial utilized a massive six-run third inning to power past Liberty for an 8-2 victory on Wednesday. The Bulldogs’ decisive frame was fueled by RBI singles from Marco Perez and Trevor Henson, alongside three bases-loaded walks. On the mound, Dom Tiberi turned in a dominant performance, striking out seven batters over 5.1 innings to earn the win.

Liberty struggled to respond to Centennial’s early offensive surge, managing only two runs on five hits. While the Patriots received base hits from Shawn Mack and Grant Kelly, they were unable to overcome Centennial's disciplined approach at the plate, which resulted in six total walks for the Bulldogs.
