As the high school season gets underway, we are proud to release our Spring 2026 update to the Arizona Class of 2029 Player Rankings. This update reflects extensive looks throughout the past year, including middle school showcases, underclass events, and early high school competition, giving us a clearer picture of the top young talent in the state.

The 2029 class remains in the early stages of development, but the foundation is strong. Athleticism stands out across the board, and we are already seeing flashes of advanced feel, arm strength, and impact with the bat. At this stage, projection plays a significant role, and many of these players are only scratching the surface of what they will become physically. As they continue to mature and gain experience against stronger competition, expect movement throughout the rankings. The long term upside in this group is undeniable and the future of Arizona baseball remains in good hands.

Our evaluation process remains steady and comprehensive, built on live looks, data collection, and ongoing conversations with coaches and scouts across the state and beyond. As always, player development is fluid. Some prospects have taken noticeable jumps, while others continue progressing at their own pace, which is a natural part of the journey. With high school season on the horizon and key recruiting windows ahead, expect more players to rise, more names to enter the mix, and even greater clarity as Arizona’s 2029 class continues to take shape.
