Aiden Moore, RHP, 2026, Hillgrove
The Georgia College commit put together an outstanding showing to open GDC on Friday against a Cherokee lineup that showed well against the likes of Blessed Trinity and Loganville. Stands a physical, athletic 6-foot-0, 175-pounds with a stout lower half and moves well down the mound. Real arm speed stands out from a shorter arm stroke with ability to repeat well from a ¾ slot. Tossed a shutout across 4.0 innings-pitched in a win and showed good feel for the two-pitch mix. Fastball created ride through the zone and was consistently over 22 + IVB” and 2600 + RPM while missing bats in-the-zone. Shows a tight spin curveball at 74-76 2700 + RPM with bite and two-plane shape for whiffs. Moore has shown well in our looks over the past couple of years and anchors the rotation at the top for the Hawks as he gives them a chance to win against anyone on a nightly basis.

Daejeon Elder, SS/RHP, 2026, Harris County
Elder burst onto the scene last year while boasting a prolific two-way profile where he earned all state honors and a commitment to Enterprise State. Abundance of twitch and athleticism in the athletic 5-foot-10, 180-pound frame with more to tap into. Came through with multiple knocks on the weekend as he paced the Tigers offense. The RHH shows quiet, controlled hands with adjustability in the path and generates strength from the ground-up. High-level bat-to-ball skills stand out in a mature all-fields approach with immense feel to hit and real impact in the barrel as well. On the mound, Elder provided an electric outing to start day 2 on Saturday as he only gave up one earned run across 6.0 innings pitched in a win. Extremely easy mover down the mound and present arm speed stands out with pitchability. Fastball lived 88-90 (T91 MPH) with ride through the zone for swing-and-miss when elevated. Curveball created good depth with ability to add or subtract horizontal movement. Mixed in a quality changeup at 78-79 as well. The senior brings immense two-way value and impact to the Harris County Squad as he looks to pace a younger group while gearing up to lead them on another playoff run in ‘26.

Zac Cuneio, OF, 2027, Loganville
Uncommitted. Cuneio showed extremely well for the Red Devils at the plate Saturday afternoon. Present athleticism with obvious projection remaining in the lean 5-foot-11, 156-pound frame. Came through with a pair of hard-hit pull-side singles at the plate. Utilizes a slight leg kick as he syncs up and stays balanced through the zone while shifting weight really well through impact. Creates excellent separation at the plate and keeps his hands back with significant bat speed through the zone in an on-plane path. The junior boasts present high-floor tools with much more to tap into on both sides of the ball. Cuneio embodies the Loganville “gamer” matra as he looks to be a key piece in ‘26 and will be a good add for a recruiting class at multiple levels.

Jackson Starling, RHP, 2027, Harris County
Uncommitted. It was an intriguing first look at the Harris County right-hander as he produced a quality showing. Stands a physical, high-waisted 6-foot-3, 190-pounds with easy to see projection and boasts whippy arm speed. Creates deception from a tough angle and low slot with ability to repeat well out of the same tunnel. Fastball sat 85-87 (T88 MPH) with arm-side run and more velo to project. Changeup tunneled extremely well off the fastball and was a weapon while showing a future advanced offering down the line at 78-81. Went R/R at will for heavy swing-and-miss in the zone with late-depth and fade to the action. Slider showed some bite with sweep at 70-71 and complimented the entire arsenal. Starling will be a huge piece to the Tiger rotation as he boasts present pitchability with much more to come and will be an uncommitted name to keep an eye on this Spring.

Caden McGhee, OF, 2027, Cherokee
Uncommitted. The track record of hitting only continued to grow for the Cherokee outfielder this past weekend. Stands a compact 5-foot-7, 147-pound with wiry strength and present feel to hit. Came through with multiple all-fields knocks while facing a plethora of committed arms. The RHH stays well-connected as he works from a compact path with fluid, strong hands and feel to move the barrel around the zone. Really slows the game down in the box and looks to hit early in the count. Great balance and feel for the zone and excellent pitch recognition stands out. McGhee offers a high-floor defensive profile with athleticism throughout as he will provide a swiss-army knife weapon for Coach Thomas and the Warriors with the ability to stick in the dirt or in the outfield.
