2026 OUTLOOK

+ Webb School of Bell Buckle enters the 2026 season with momentum after a 27–15 campaign that ended in a State Tournament appearance in Division II-A. Under head coach Scott Hall, the Feet return a senior-heavy core loaded with college commitments and postseason experience, giving this group both maturity and proven production as they set their sights on another deep run.

The offensive foundation is built around a strong 2026 class that has already performed on the state’s biggest stage. Ryan Edwards (2026, Trevecca) anchors the roster as a true two-way presence. A steady defender at shortstop with leadership qualities and competitiveness on the mound, Edwards sets the tone for Webb in all three phases. Thomas Evans (2026, Tennessee Wesleyan) brings additional two-way value and projects as a key middle-of-the-order bat capable of impacting the game with power and run production.

Behind the plate, Gunnar Boles (2026, Columbia State CC) provides stability and experience, handling a deep pitching staff while contributing offensively. Sammy Ledbetter (2026, Columbia State CC) adds versatility in the infield and factors prominently on the mound, giving Webb lineup flexibility and reliable innings. In the outfield, Owen Fogle (2026, Middle Tennessee State) offers athleticism and offensive consistency, while Drew Baker (2027, Belmont) brings upside and run-producing ability that lengthens the lineup.

On the mound, Webb returns one of the more experienced staffs in Division II-A. Edwards, Ledbetter, and Evans headline the group, each capable of handling significant innings and competing in high-leverage spots. William Farrar provides additional depth and flexibility, giving the Feet options as they navigate district and postseason play. That blend of veteran arms allows Webb to manage series strategically and maintain stability throughout the spring.

The next wave of contributors adds intrigue to an already deep roster. Nate Simmons (2028) projects as a physical corner bat who could carve out a meaningful role early, while Landon Warren (2028) offers utility value and athletic upside. Christian Baker (2030) represents long-term projection and developmental depth within the program.

With a battle-tested senior core, multiple two-way contributors, and a pitching staff capable of matching up with anyone in the classification, Webb School enters 2026 with championship aspirations. If the Feet continue to get consistent production from their experienced lineup and leverage their deep staff effectively, they have the makeup of a club capable of returning to the state stage and pushing even further this spring.
