On Sunday February 15, 2026 our staff saw around 60 players from across VA/DC at the NOVA I Preseason All-State event. We hosted one of the most talented PAS events in VA/DC history at Complete Game in Manassas. Today we begin to take a look at a few players that stood out in a few areas. Our superlatives list cover two different sets of players, pitchers and positional players. In total we look at eight categories for players, Fastball, Secondary Mix, Pitcher Projection, Raw Power, Run Tool, Athleticism, Hit Tool, and Defense. We have selected the players from each event that stood out in those respective categories. This story focuses specifically on arms from the NOVA I Preseason All-State event.
