Welcome to the WIAA Daily Roundup, where our Prep Baseball Wisconsin staff will provide readers with scores, game recaps, and highlights from the games that took place the day before. In conjunction with our comprehensive in-game coverage throughout the 2026 season, we’ll publish this Daily Roundup to keep readers informed on the latest happenings across the state.

The Lions answered a 13-11 win from Pewaukee with a dominant 15-2 in the second contest.

Caleb Johns paced the Lions with a 4-for-5 day at the plate, but the effort fell short as Pewaukee’s hitters racked up 16 hits to split the season series.
In game two, New Berlin Eisenhower exploded for nine runs in the final frame to secure a 15-2 blowout victory over Pewaukee. Carter Monreal headlined the offensive barrage with four RBI on two hits, while Josh Bonin and Cade Schick fueled the seventh-inning surge with a three-run single and a two-run double, respectively. The starting pitcher, Cal Schneider, dominated the mound for four innings, striking out eight and allowing zero runs on four hits to earn the win. The Lions displayed exceptional plate discipline by drawing 13 walks—including four from Johns—and added five stolen bases to their nine-hit performance. Despite the lopsided score, Pewaukee's Burtness finished a perfect 3-for-3 at the plate in the loss.
