Corbin Spilliards, 2027, Daniel HS
Wake Forest commit had a big night on the mound and with the bat. With the bat going 2 for 2 with 2 BB and 1 RBI and 1 Run, but really dominated on the mound. Athletic frame with strength, working out of a 3/4 slot with good arm speed. FB was 89-90 T91 early with arm-side life. The changeup at 80-82 was mixing well for strikes for both handed hitters and created plenty of swings and misses without giving up any hard contact all game. Slider at 74-76 rounded out a three-pitch mix that he was throwing with confidence and command throughout.

‘27 Corbin Spilliards has been locked in so far in this game. Mixing 3 pitches for strikes. CH has created a lot of S&M and hasn’t gotten hard contact yet.
