+ LINCOLN COUNTY VS DESOTO CENTRAL (MS)

Lincoln County held off a late rally from DeSoto Central to secure a 12-11 victory on Wednesday. The Falcons built a large early lead with an eight-run second inning and led by as many as nine runs before DeSoto Central mounted a comeback. Despite the Jaguars collecting 14 hits and pushing across several late runs, Lincoln County held on behind timely offense and strong relief to close out the win.

+ GREEN HILL VS NEW HOPE (MS)

Green Hill defeated New Hope 3-1 on Wednesday behind a strong complete-game performance on the mound. The starter allowed just four hits and one run over seven innings while striking out four. Green Hill took the lead in the fourth inning with the help of an error and an RBI single, and the pitching staff made it stand up the rest of the way.

+ BRENTWOOD ACADEMY & DANIEL BOONE VS SCIENCE HILL

Science Hill defeated Brentwood Academy 7-2 on Wednesday. After the game was tied at two in the sixth inning, the Hilltoppers broke it open with a five-run frame to take control. Science Hill totaled four hits in the decisive inning and received solid work on the mound from both the starter and bullpen to secure the win.

Science Hill defeated Daniel Boone 9-2 on Wednesday behind a huge offensive performance. Science Hill totaled 11 hits in the win, highlighted by a four-hit day that produced six RBIs to lead the offense. The pitching staff backed it up with a strong outing, allowing just one run through the first four innings before the bullpen finished off the victory.

+ BRIARCREST CHRISTIAN VS STARKVILLE ACADEMY (MS)

Briarcrest Christian defeated Starkville Academy 5-0 on Wednesday behind a dominant shutout performance on the mound. The Saints scored two runs in the second inning and added two more in the third to take control early. Offensively, Briarcrest collected timely hits and showed patience at the plate with eight walks, while a four-hit performance helped lead the way in the victory.

+ SIGNAL MOUNTAIN VS CHATTANOOGA CENTRAL

Signal Mountain rolled past Chattanooga Central 11-0 on Tuesday as three pitchers combined for a shutout. The starter worked five strong innings, allowing just one hit while striking out nine, and the bullpen finished off the win. Signal Mountain’s offense backed the effort with 12 hits and aggressive baserunning, piling up six stolen bases in the victory.
