Over the next few weeks, leading up to the beginning of the 2026 MD High School season, our staff will be releasing our Preseason Power 25. This list will be comprised of public and private schools across the state that we feel have a strong chance of being successful in 2026.

#13 Parkside Rams 

A deep run through the 2A classification a year ago saw the Rams one win away from a state title, and as we turn the page to 2026, this Parkside roster looks lethal on both sides of the ball. Possessing one of the deepest pitching staffs across the state, the Rams return a plethora of experienced arms at the front-end of the rotation, coupled with some younger underclassmen hungry to make an impact at the varsity level. A few transfers into Parkside this spring should only boost the production on both sides of the ball, and our staff sees Parkside as the team to beat in the Bayside conference, and one that should make another deep run for a state title.
