NOTABLE RECAPS FROM MONDAY
#14 Timpanogos (1) vs. #1 American Fork (3)
American Fork showed incredible composure in a defensive duel to secure a hard-fought 3–1 victory over the Timpanogos Varsity Timberwolves. The Cavemen's offense was sparked by Robbins, who finished 2-for-3 with a double and a stolen base, while Johnson and Willardson each stepped up to drive in key runs. On the mound, the pitching trio of Johnson, Holmstead, and Adams was absolutely dominant, combining for an impressive 15 strikeouts and allowing just one earned run over seven innings. The Timberwolves put up a gritty performance behind Canyon Clegg, who threw a complete game with nine strikeouts, and received a nice offensive boost from Jace Hunter, who collected two hits. Despite the narrow score, both teams displayed championship-level focus in a game where every base mattered.

Cedar Valley (3) vs. #4 Pleasant Grove (5)
The Pleasant Grove Varsity Vikings showcased their offensive depth and defensive poise to earn a hard-fought 5–3 victory over the Cedar Valley Aviators. The Vikings' attack was spearheaded by Connor Ybarra, who was a force at the plate with a perfect 3-for-3 day, and Tobin Degelbeck, who stayed aggressive with two doubles to keep the pressure on. On the mound, Maddox Webb delivered a stellar performance in relief, striking out six batters over three innings to earn the win and steady the momentum. The Aviators put up a gritty fight, led by Talen Ryan, who drove in two runs, and Hunter Dahl, who reached base and scored while also contributing on the mound. Despite the narrow margin, Pleasant Grove's ability to capitalize on key scoring opportunities allowed them to secure the win in a game defined by great energy from both sides.

#13 Riverton (6) vs. #24 Davis (3)
The Riverton Varsity Silverwolves combined an explosive 13-hit attack with steady pitching to outlast the Davis Varsity Darts in a 6–3 victory. The Silverwolves were powered by McKade Ortiz, who was an absolute spark plug at the top of the lineup with three hits and three runs scored, while Bryce Mounteer remained locked in, collecting three hits including a double to drive the offense forward. On the mound, Rocky Downs set a strong tone early to earn the win, followed by Gavin Neill, who provided four excellent innings of relief while racking up seven strikeouts to keep the Darts at bay. Davis put up a spirited effort behind a two-run home run from Will Nixon and a multi-hit performance by Kaleb Weaver, but Riverton’s ability to consistently put runners on base and limit defensive miscues proved to be the difference-maker in this high-energy matchup.
