Position Players

+ 3B Connor Bissinger (Northeastern, 2027):
Bissinger made his Prep Baseball debut this preseason and produced multiple event leading metrics. The 6-foot-2, 197-pound third baseman ran an event best 6.76 60-yard dash while also flashing the power at the dish with an event best max exit velocity of 102.2 mph. Bissinger displayed quick twitch movements that produced an eye-popping max bat speed of 78 mph with an average of 74 mph, 24.9 mph max hand speed, and a rotational acceleration of 23.7 g. This is an uncommitted Pennsylvania prospect to have on your radar.

+ C/OF Tyler Lee (Pennsbury, 2027):
Lee left the Preseason ID: Southeast as a top performer and with personal bests in every single metric that we collect during events. He improved his metrics in every trackman hitting category including a 95 mph max exit velocity, 90.5 average exit velocity, and a 67 percent hard-hit percentage. Defensively, Lee flashed an impressive 1.93-2.05 pop time with a 76 mph catcher velocity which are both improvements from the PA State Games last summer. Athletically, the catcher showed off the speed with a 7.20 60-yard dash, over .20 seconds quicker than his previous best. Keep an eye on this catcher that is trending up.

Two-way Players

+ LHP/1B Cole Tucholski (Perkiomen, 2028):
Currently the 4th overall player in the state’s 2028 class is a standout player on the mound and with the bat. Tucholski boasts an athletic, projectable frame of 6-foot, 195-pounds and produced a max fastball of 89 mph and a max exit velocity of 101.8 mph and a peak distance of 398 feet. The left-handed hitting prospect flashed a powerful and fluid swing that can naturally elevate the baseball. Defensively, tossed 86 mph from the outfield. On the mound, he sits mid-upper 80s on the fastball and flashed a big breaking curveball with 17 inches of horizontal movement and a high-level fading changeup with -15 inches of horizontal movement. Will be a must see player this season.

Pitchers

+ RHP Evan Groff (Central York, 2027):
Currently ranked 55th in the state’s 2027 class, a physical build of 6-foot-1 and 190-pounds sat in the upper 80s and topped 89.5 mph on the fastball. The fastball had some extra hop out of his hand while having a noticeable sink into the zone. Groff flashed a curveball at 72-74 mph with over -16 inches of sweep, a slider at 73-74 mph with a shorter profile shape, and a changeup where he killed spin and threw it 81-82 mph. Groff has built up momentum heading into the high school and summer season.

+ RHP Anish Premkumar (West Chester East, 2027):
Made his Prep Baseball debut at the Preseason ID: Southeast showcase and left the Prep Baseball PA staff impressed. The right-hander flashed a fluid, repeatable arm action that has even more in the tank. His fastball sat 84-86 mph with an above average amount of run horizontal and vertical movement at 19 inches of IVB and almost 15 inches of horizontal movement. His pitch arsenal also contains a 2,300 rpm curveball at 73-74 mph, a 2,400 rpm slider at 74-75 mph, and a changeup at 80-81 mph with over 17 inches of horizontal movement. Anish is a RHP that has multiple ways to get hitters out.
