2026 SEASON OUTLOOK:

The Chatfield Chargers are a team that could quietly emerge as a problem for plenty of 5A opponents this spring. With some big bats expected to anchor the top of the lineup and a group of emerging arms beginning to find their stride, the Chargers have the pieces to make noise when things start clicking. A few names to watch closely are Brody Logan, Brady Harman, and Keir Traurig, players who each have the potential for a huge 2026. The Chargers will also be tested early and often with a demanding regular season schedule. That level of competition could prove invaluable, sharpening the group for a postseason push, though it will also challenge their consistency along the way. If Chatfield can grow through those tests and find rhythm on the mound, this is a club capable of surprising a lot of teams across the 5A landscape.
