Alex Abler / RHP / 2027 / Novi

Abler made some noise at the Central MI PAS as he has made big gains since July when we saw him in West Michigan. The slender right hander ran his fastball up to 89, sitting 86-88 in his bullpen session. Features a 3/4 arm slot with a slider. Abler will look to help head the Wildcat pitching staff as they compete for a KLAA championship.

Caleb Cox / 1B/RHP / 2028 / Bay City Western

Cox made a loud impact at our Central MI PAS earlier in February. A large 6-3 frame with some present bat speed with a slight uphill swing - punished multiple balls in his BP round topping 99 MPH. Cox will continue his development this spring in a tradition rich Bay City Western program who looks to continue their winning consistency in the always competitive SVL in 2026.

Brice Edmonds / RHP / 2028 / Goodrich

Edmonds profiles an athletic frame - multi-sport athlete who is still continuing to make strides in his development out of Goodrich and will look to play a key role for the Martians this upcoming season - Edmonds had a three-pitch mix in the low-mid 80s with a slider featuring a sweeping action.

Logan Gowan / INF / 2028 / Flint Powers Catholic

An intriguing LH bat from Flint Powers Catholic who showed some pull side pop in his BP rounds over the last month - a short swing with an open stance - ability to get on time with the fastball. Another 2028 who we will keep tabs on as the spring unfolds.

Zane Hemler / RHP / 2028 / Grosse Pointe North

Hemler, hailing from Grosse Pointe North, features slender frame with a quicker arm down the mound with a bigger shaped breaking ball. Hemler has seen an uptick in velocity in his fastball up to 86 over the last month. Another exciting righty to keep eyes on as we progress into that start of spring baseball.

Will Latra / RHP/SS / 2028 / North Farmington

Latra made a name for himself and one our staff will keep closertabs on as the spring progresses. A solid frame and smooth down the mound with clean arm action from a ¾ arm slot - Latra ran it up to 87 with a tighter slider. Resides in the summer for the Michigan Bulls summer program.

Ethan Sain / OF / 2027 / Plymouth

Ethan had a strong performance at the CM PAS event in Flint posting solid results - 6.89 60, up to 88 from the OF. A good athletic frame with good speed - has a slightly open stance with some weight on back side, showed ability to connect consistently on multiple balls in his round. An exciting 2027 to follow this spring for Plymouth.

Griffin Wetzel / RHP / 2028 / Imlay City

Wetzel, an up and coming right hander looks to jump onto the spring scene here in a few weeks. A developing frame at 6’2 170 - Wetzel was a top performer on the bump with his fastball ranging 84-87 averaging 2300 rpm & a two pitch mix with the changeup and breaking ball. Wetzel is another 2028 prospect to keep a close eye on in this deep class.
