2026 RHP Lacy Dicken has quietly established himself as one of the more reliable and productive arms in the state as the second highest uncommitted arm on the board, anchoring the Powell County staff with a blend of versatility, strike-throwing ability, and swing-and-miss stuff. The 6’1” 190 lb right-hander turned in a dominant 2025 campaign, totaling 70.0 innings across 10 starts with 104 strikeouts against just 22 walks, allowing only 18 earned runs on 48 hits for an impressive 1.80 ERA. The ability to miss bats while limiting damage has been a constant, and his presence on the mound gives Powell County a true tone-setter every time he takes the ball.

Dicken backs the production with a strong three-pitch mix. In his most recent showcase in 2024, he's been up to 88 mph on the fastball with quality life of 2362 rpm, pairing it with a sharp mid-70s slider that spins at 2500+ rpm with late bite. The changeup rounds out the arsenal at 74–77 mph with over 2000 rpm, giving him a dependable third offering to neutralize hitters. With physical strength, proven strikeout numbers, and the ability to handle a starter’s workload, Dicken stands out as a high-follow uncommitted senior arm in Kentucky’s 2026 class as the spring season approaches.
