Michael Fanelli RHP / SS / Paul VI, NJ / 2028Rankings StateRank: 29 / POS: 11
Fanelli has made big improvements since his freshman year. The 6-foot, 190-pound right-handed pitcher was sitting 80-81 mph his freshman year at the Coaches vs Cancer community baseball event and is now sitting 85-86 mph and topped at 87 mph. Around 7 mph of velocity improvement on his fastball and his curveball shape and speed has been refined as well. This preseason, Fanelli showcased his innate ability to spin the baseball as well, showing his 2500 rpm spin rate on his fastball and curveball. Truly showcasing a swing-and-miss pitch arsenal.

Miles Martin SS / 2B / Rumson-Fair Haven, NJ / 2028Rankings StateRank: 25 / POS: 6
Martin is a lean, athletic middle infielder that showcased his ability to play at the next level this preseason. He is a 7.14 sixty-yard dash runner that peaked at 19.5 mph straight-line sprint speed. Offensively, he utilizes a loose, wiry swing that generates power from his hand speed. He peaked at 96.5 mph exit velocity, averaged 90.1 mph exit velocity, and reached a max distance of 359 feet. In the field, Martin showcased quick footwork that put himself into positions to make strong and accurate throws.

Vincent Leoni LHP / 1B / Bishop McDevitt, PA / 2028Rankings StateRank: 18 / POS: 3
Pound-for-pound one of the hardest throwing arms in PA’s 2028 recruiting class. The left-handed pitcher is 5-foot-7, 165-pounds and topped 91.2 mph this preseason while sitting 90-91 mph. Leonia features a deceptive arm action where he hides the baseball a little longer from the hitter and then whips the baseball towards the zone. His off-speed pitches consist of a 74-75 mph curveball and a 77-79 mph changeup. Leoni is a must see left-handed pitcher in the Northeast this spring and summer.

Cole Vanjonack OF / Owen J. Roberts, PA / 2028Rankings StateRank: 45 / POS: 8
Vanjonack proved this preseason to be one of the most athletic players in the entire 2028 Keystone class. The 5-foot-10, 150-pound outfielder ran an impressive 3.63 thirty-yard dash time which falls in the 99th percentile of baseball players. Offensively, he showcased his power with a 99 mph exit velocity and 91.4 average exit velocity. From the outfield, Vanjonack showed off his arm strength with an 85 mph arm strength. Toolsy outfielder to keep an eye on.

Cole Erickson 3B / 2B / Poly Prep, NY / 2029High-upside athlete with a projectable frame and natural feel for the barrel. Offensive traits point to a hitterish profile with long-term impact potential.

Chase Jervis SS / OF / Oneonta, NY / 2028Rankings StateRank: 37 / POS: 5
5-11, 170 lb left-handed hitter with a projectable frame and fluid offensive operation. Shows present juice in the bat with defensive versatility across the diamond (88 MPH arm) and flashes of two-way ability on the mound.

Takumi Yoshida C / SS / Governor Dummer Academy, MA / 2027Rankings StateRank: 64 / POS: 8
Produces 99 MPH max EV, 93.5 MPH avg EV, and 350 ft max distance—showing a balanced offensive profile with present strength. Defensively, shows arm strength up to 79 MPH from behind the plate. Profile suggests a steady offensive contributor with multi-positional value.

Sebastian Herrera RHP / SS / Salisbury School, MA / 2028Rankings StateRank: 47 / POS: 13
5-7, 170 lb right-hander with a complete four-pitch arsenal. FB sits 86–87 MPH with solid spin, complemented by a CB with depth, a SL for a different shape, and a CH that provides effective velocity separation.

Tyler Wilhite SS / RHP / Shady Spring High, WV / 2028Rankings OverallRank: 121 / POS: 36
Wilhite is an athletic middle infielder that has performed well in Prep Baseball tournaments and was a standout player at the WV Preseason All-State showcase. The 6-foot, 176-pound athlete ran a 6.82 sixty-yard dash and recorded a 1.58 ten yard split. Offensively, he showcased a twitchy swing that produced a 92.4 mph exit velocity primarily to the middle and pull-side of the field. In the field, he showed a reliable glove and throwing accuracy consistently hitting the first baseman in the chest. Keep an eye on this West Virginia product.

Eli Hilling RHP / Pikeview High School, WV / 2027Hilling is a 5-foot-8, 150-pound right-handed pitcher that showcased the top breaking pitch at the WV Preseason All-State this winter. He has a smooth, repeatable throwing motion on the mound. His fastball was 81-83 mph, the slider was 67-69 mph late break, and the changeup was 75-76 mph. Intriguing right-hander out of West Virginia.
