NOTABLE RECAPS FROM TUESDAY
#17 Salem Hills (8) vs. #4 Maple Mountain (9)
The Maple Mountain Golden Eagles edged out the Salem Hills Skyhawks in a high-scoring 9–8 thriller, surviving a late-inning push in a game that featured 23 combined hits. Lincoln Beenfield was the catalyst for the Golden Eagles' offense, turning in a massive 3-for-5 performance with four RBIs, while Mitch Walker remained a constant threat with three hits and two runs scored. Salem Hills kept the pressure on throughout the afternoon, led by a three-hit day from Leyva and a power display by G Johnson, who finished with three RBIs and a triple. Despite the Skyhawks' relentless attack, which saw Wallin reach base four times and drive in two, the Golden Eagles' bullpen managed to navigate a tense final stretch. Kye Ward earned the win in relief, fanning three over the final two frames to silence the Skyhawks' comeback attempt and secure the hard-fought victory.

North Sanpete (5) vs. Carbon (4)
The North Sanpete Hawks outlasted the Carbon Dinos in a 5–4 thriller that was defined by a truly dominant performance from Bryce Swapp. Swapp was a one-man wrecking crew for the Hawks, putting on a clinic on the mound with 11 strikeouts and zero earned runs over 5.2 innings, while simultaneously terrorizing the Dinos on the basepaths with four stolen bases. Carbon refused to go quietly, manufacturing a late rally fueled by a double from Maddux Willson and a patient approach at the plate that saw them claw back within one run. Despite a valiant complete-game effort from Carbon's Xander Pappas, who fanned seven and kept the Dinos within striking distance, Hudson Smith provided the necessary relief to shut the door and secure the victory. In a game where both teams struggled with defensive miscues, North Sanpete’s aggressive small ball and Swapp's elite command proved to be just enough to escape with the win.

Crimson Cliffs (11) vs. #13 Dixie (0)
Madden Smith delivered a performance for the record books, tossing a five-inning no-hitter to lead the Crimson Cliffs Mustangs to a commanding 11–0 victory over the Dixie Flyers. Smith was absolutely untouchable, fanning 10 batters and surrendering just a single walk in a masterclass of efficiency and command. While Smith silenced the Flyers' bats, the Mustangs' offense erupted for nine hits, headlined by a towering three-run home run from Ricardo Navarro. Jack Boyer and Sam Chappell provided additional firepower to ensure the game ended early via the run rule, capping off a dominant afternoon that saw Crimson Cliffs excel in every facet of the game.

Bountiful (13) vs. #10 Olympus (11)
The Bountiful Redhawks emerged victorious in a high-scoring slugfest, outlasting Olympus in a 13–11 thriller that featured a combined 24 runs and a flurry of extra-base hits. Bountiful’s offense was a masterclass in power, launching three home runs to provide the necessary separation in a game where Olympus refused to go away. Mickey Willis was the star of the show, delivering a dominant two-way performance; he went 3-for-4 with a home run at the plate before stepping onto the mound to toss three crucial innings of relief, surrendering zero earned runs to stifle the Olympus comeback.
While Bountiful provided the fireworks with homers from Jake Castleberry and Tait Caldwell, Olympus remained a persistent threat by maximizing their opportunities. Despite being out-hit 15–7, Olympus capitalized on nine walks and two hit-batsmen to keep the pressure on. Nick Sorenson led the charge for Olympus with a three-RBI afternoon, and Cayman Sanchez reached base four times to facilitate the scoring. However, the Redhawks' relentless attack—bolstered by a three-hit, three-RBI game from Tegan Barnes—proved to be too much for the Olympus pitching staff to contain.
