Games covered this week

South Central 0 DH Conley 10

Thursday March 26, 2026

Tucker Anderson, RHP, DH Conley HS, 2026
UNC Wilmington commit. Upright and slightly open set up to the dish. Rocker step toward first, then knee lifts to the chest. Effortless, loose mover, that hides the ball well. Downhill from a 3/4 arm slot. Showed real command, throwing to both sides of the plate with accuracy. FB lived 90-91 touching 92 on a few occasions. Slider was tight and sharp with sweeping action 78-80 MPH. Showed changeups 83-85 that had depth and fade, keeping FB arm speed and window.

Chase White, RHP, South Central HS, 2028
This right-hander shows an athletic, rhythmic delivery built around a strong coil into his backside and a firm front-side brace at landing. His lower half does a good job generating energy, allowing him to drive down the mound with intent and create downhill plane. The arm action is long and loose with a wide swing, but he maintains solid timing and finishes on line to the plate. He throws from an over-the-top slot with evident arm speed, giving the ball life through the zone.
