Dillion  3    Waccamaw 1

Dillon earned a 3 to 1 win over Waccamaw on Monday in a tight, pitching dominated matchup.  Hank Grider led the way with a complete game, striking out 13 while allowing just one run across seven innings.  After falling behind early, Dillon took control in the sixth with timely offense to push across three runs.  The Wildcats paired strong pitching with clean defense to secure the win.

Ethan Offing, 2026, CF/SS, Dutch Fork
Clemson recruit. Strong and highly athletic 6-1 195-pound frame. Makes the game look easy. Glides around in CF with confidence and shows arm strength that can be a weapon defensively. Speed shows up on the base paths as well. In the box shows electric bat speed through the zone. Ball really jumps when on time and can use all fields with power. Questions to be asked about the bat path, less head movement and better weight transfers could unlock more consistency at the plate in game. Tools litter the profile and easy to see why this athlete is getting some interest for July’s draft.
