Uncommitted. Griese was dominant in a complete-game shutout on the mound for Duchesne. The 6-foot-1 right-hander put together a masterful performance, tossing seven scoreless innings while scattering just two hits and racking up 11 strikeouts. He attacked hitters with a live 85-87 mph fastball, while pairing it with a plus-feel 71-74 mph changeup and a 71-73 mph curveball to keep bats off-balance throughout the entire outing.
