Updated Illinois Power 25 Rankings

Today is our final Power 25 update until the playoffs conclude. With that being said, there was a significant amount of movement throughout, along with three teams making their way into the Power 25 - two of them being returners.
+ The top three in the Power 25 remain the same with St. Laurence (32-2) holding down our top spot. Though they fell to No. 4 at the time Huntley, they bounced back with two big DISW wins to claim the title.
+ Normal Community (32-2) comes in at No. 2 once again, going a perfect 3-0 on the week with a couple big wins over No. 4 at the time Huntley 7-6 and No. 20 at the time Lincoln-Way West 10-2.
+ Lincoln-Way East (29-4) holds down the No. 3 position after a 4-0 week, beating Sandburg twice, St. Rita 15-0 and Montini 7-2.
RISING
+ No. 4 Brother Rice (25-10): The Crusaders are up a couple spots after a 3-0 week. They took down No. 10 at the time Lemont 3-2, while also taking down Marist 1-0 and Lincoln-Way Central 4-3.
+ No. 5 Triad (30-5): The Knights are rising two spots after an impressive 5-0 week. They saw wins over Roxana 5-4, Alton 3-1, Freeburg 6-1 and Marquette Catholic 9-1. Their biggest win came over No. 22 Edwardsville 4-2.
+ No. 6 Mount Carmel (25-10): The Caravan are rising three spots after a 2-0 week. They took down No. 5 at the time Lockport 3-1, while also taking down Lincoln-Way Central 6-3.
+ No. 8 Lemont (29-4): Lemont is rising two spots after going 3-1 this past week. Their lone loss came to now No. 4 Brother Rice 3-2 - while their wins came against Homewood-Flossmoor 2-1 and Tinley Park twice (10-6, 7-0).
FALLING
+ No. 7 Huntley (28-7): The Red Raiders are falling three spots after a 2-3 week. They fell to No. 2 Normal Community 7-6, Stevenson 11-3 and Loyola 21-11. They saw wins over Antioch 12-0 and No. 1 St. Laurence 6-3, proving they are still one of the top teams in the state.
+ No. 11 Lockport (23-12): The Porters had a tough 1-3 week, falling to Providence Catholic 5-4 and No. 9 at the time Mount Carmel. They split with Andrew, losing 4-3 and winning 3-1.
+ No. 23 Marquette (32-3): The Crusaders are down eight spots after a 2-2 week. They fell to now No. 21 Sacred Heart-Griffin 6-4 as well as Pawnee 5-1 - while beating Somonauk 10-0 and Princeton 13-3.
NEW TO THE POWER 25
+ No. 20 Oak Park-River Forest (27-8): The Huskies are back in the Power 25 after a dominant 4-0 week which also saw them capture a West-Suburban Silver title. They swept York (8-4, 13-3, 10-1) and also beat No. 21 at the time Willowbrook 6-5.
+ No. 21 Sacred Heart-Griffin (23-7): The Cyclones are back in the Power 25 as well after a 4-1 week, highlighted by wins over No. 23 at the time Dunlap 6-5 and No. 15 at the time Marquette 6-4. They also saw wins over Glenwood 5-0 and Pleasant Plains 17-5. Their lone loss came to Father McGivney 5-3.
+ No. 25 Teutopolis (25-8): The Wooden Shoes are making their Power 25 debut after going 3-0 this past week - seeing wins over Williamsville 9-2, Mattoon 18-2 and Father McGivney 2-0.
