2026 Prep Baseball Minnesota Pitcher of the Week: Week 4

Starting on Opening Day, our scouts will be out covering the 2026 season, publishing scout notes and additional in-season content along the way, like Power Rankings updates, Player of the Week awards, and weekly top performers included inside Diamond Notes.
Each week during the high school season, we will provide a Hitter and Pitcher of the Week. All nominations are submitted by their high school coaches.
WEEK 4 | JACKSON WALZTING, RHP/IF, ALEXANDRIA
Alexandria’s Jackson Walzting authored a perfect game against Brainerd on April 28, turning in one of the cleanest outings of the season. The right-hander worked seven flawless innings, striking out eight while needing just 64 pitches to complete the job, 47 of them for strikes.
