Arbor View 6, Shadow Ridge 3
Arbor View utilized a balanced offensive attack and a clinical starting performance on the mound to secure a 6-3 victory over Shadow Ridge on Monday. The Aggies overcame an early deficit to maintain their position as one of the top contenders in Southern Nevada.
The star of the game was senior Devin Martin, who anchored the Aggies' lineup with a 3-for-4 performance and a game-high three RBIs. On the mound, Tucker Christman delivered a masterpiece, surrendering just one earned run over six efficient innings to earn the win. Christman currently ranks as the #1 prospect in Nevada's 2029 class. Colton Christman, an LSU commit, added a key RBI double to support the effort.
Alex Scaggs, a high-impact sophomore 3B/1B, contributed two walks and a stolen base.. Shadow Ridge was led by Evan Noble and Brayden Leavitt, who each collected two hits in the loss. Leavitt recently showcased an elite 103.3 MPH exit velocity at the Las Vegas Preseason ID.

Palo Verde 21, Mater Academy East Las Vegas 14
Palo Verde emerged victorious in a high-scoring slugfest on Monday, outlasting Mater Academy East Las Vegas 21-14. In a game that featured a combined 35 runs and 32 hits, the Panthers used a massive 13-run surge across the third and fourth innings to pull ahead in a contest that felt more like a track meet than a baseball game.
The Palo Verde lineup was relentless, powered by four home runs. Senior Keimani Johnson was a force on both sides of the ball; he finished 4-for-5 with a home run, two doubles, and four RBIs, while also striking out five batters in three innings of relief to stabilize the game. Senior Aaron Koren added a monster 4-for-5 day with a home run and four RBIs. Andres Matheus, an athletic freshman infielder, contributed three hits and four runs in the high-scoring affair.

Faith Lutheran utilized a dramatic late-inning rally to secure a 5-4 home victory over Liberty on Monday. The Crusaders fought back from multiple deficits, eventually finding the go-ahead run in the bottom of the seventh to complete the comeback.
The story of the game was senior Rookie Shepard, who provided the power with a solo home run and a double while finishing 2-for-4. Senior Macen Collura continued his torrid stretch, reaching base three times and driving in two runs; Collura, a San Francisco commit. Ethan Gordon anchored the lineup with three hits, while Leighton Canarelli earned the win in relief with a perfect final inning. Canarelli, a top sophomore RHP/OF, recently posted a massive 100.4 MPH max exit velocity and displayed his arm strength with a 92.0 MPH outfield velocity at the LV Preseason ID.
