On Sunday, February 15th, our staff traveled over to MVP Sports in Lake Zurich, IL for the Lake Zurich Preseason ID. This year was the first time our staff has run this event, and it proved to be an event our staff hopes to continue to run on an annual basis. 

Today, we continue our post-event rollout by taking a look at the scouting reports for all infielders in attendance as well as a Top-5 ranking of the day's top performers at that position.

Ashton Sobey (Burlington Central, 2029) was a freshman defender that really impressed with his glove for his age. Nikolas Junkovic (DePaul College Prep, 2029) was another impressive freshman from the event, who impressed with his right-handed bat. Noah Neece (Sycamore, 2027) was another bat that swung it well at the event.
