Lincoln Page climbs from No. 4 to No. 1 after a loud offseason. The outfielder added 10-plus pounds since August’s Super Sophomore Games and looks the part of a high-upside athlete.
He moves, too. 6.64 in the 60. At the plate, it’s middle-of-the-field impact with a 99.2 mph max EV and 346-foot carry. The arm plays at 96 from the outfield, and he showed 89.7 on the mound with a tight, 2,600 RPM breaking ball. Big tools. Trending fast. |

| 2 | Emmitt Rentas | Mankato West | C |
|
Quick story. The top catching velo at our Preseason All-State used to belong to Kaden Amundson at 85 mph, set before his senior year at St. Michael-Albertville. Rentas just cleared it. 87 mph to second as a sophomore. The tools jump. 1.90 pop. Low-90s exit velo. 7.09 runner. He’ll grab the ball and run it up to 90.4 on the mound. We’ve seen him across the Junior Future Games, Super Sophomore, and in-season looks. Competitor. Wins games. |

| 3 | Cooper Sanders | Centennial | RHP |
|
Cooper Sanders looks stronger and sharper since last summer’s Super Sophomore Games. The right-hander, who touched 91 then, added 10 pounds and it shows in the delivery. The curveball has taken a step, now averaging 2,450 RPM with tighter bite. The splitter plays, too, with late tumble and killed spin into the zone. Loose, athletic, real arm speed. One of the more intriguing 2028 arms in the state. There feels like more in the tank for Sanders. |

| 4 | Henry Semans | Blaine | SS |
| Henry Semans (5-10, 161.2) is a two-way prospect with a lean, projectable frame. At the plate, the righty shows mid-to-pull strength, above-average bat speed, and 102.2 mph exit velocity, with a 378-foot max. Defensively, he moves athletically at short, flashes an 89 mph arm, and runs a 6.82 60, giving him the tools to stick on the left side of the infield. |
|||
| 5 | Beau Cazin | Blaine | OF |
|
Beau Cazin (5-11, 183.9) brings athleticism that plays across the field. Left-handed bat with a tall setup, simple load, and aggressive turn. The contact is loud. 102.9 max EV at Preseason All-State, with the average up to 96.2. Defensively, it’s clean and controlled. Easy prep hop, quick feet, and a loose 84 mph arm. Fits in center, more than enough for a corner. |
