Pearl City controlled this one behind a clean effort on the mound and timely extra-base impact offensively in a 5-0 win over 'Aiea. Imipono Kala worked 5.0 scoreless innings with 6 strikeouts, while Cohen Adaro added 2.0 scoreless frames and also made an impact at the plate with a solo home run (2-4, HR, RBI, R, SB). David Englar drove in two on a pair of doubles, while Tytan Takahashi (2-4, RBI, SB) and Jodi Takara (2-4, R, 2 SB) each added multi-hit efforts as the Chargers steadily created separation.
