Week 1 2026 WA Pitcher of the Week - Sennet Timmermans

Dylan Grenz
Assistant Scouting Director

Each week throughout the high school season, we will announce the Prep Baseball Washington Pitcher and Hitter of the Week, recognizing standout performances from across the state. With numerous players excelling both at the plate and on the mound, this award will be based on nominations submitted through our POTW Google Form.

Additionally, we will continue our Washington Diamond Notes to highlight other deserving players nominated by coaches who were not selected as the Pitcher or Hitter of the Week.

This week's Pitcher of the Week is '28 RHP Sennet Timmermans (Lincoln).

WA PITCHER OF THE WEEK (3/9-3/15)

Sennet Timmermans RHP / OF / Lincoln, WA / 2028

One of the top arms in Washington's sophomore class and a top-ten ranked player overall in the state, Timmermans more than looked the part over the weekend. The 6'6 righty was dominant across two appearances, hurling 7 innings without giving up a run, allowing just 2 hits and a walk while striking out 10. Timmermans was especially great on Saturday, in a game attended by Prep Baseball scouts, where he went 6 shutout innings with just 1 hit allowed. The righty was most recently seen at PNW Preseason All-State, the preseason's top invite-only event this February.
