Below are the scores from action on March 11th.


FROM MONDAY (3.16.26)

+ MONTGOMERY BELL ACADEMY VS BRENTWOOD ACADEMY

Brentwood Academy defeated Montgomery Bell Academy 12-6 on Monday, using big early innings to take control of the game. After MBA scored two runs in the first, Brentwood Academy responded with four in the bottom half and added five more in the third to extend the lead. Cyphers earned the win, allowing two runs over 4.2 innings with six strikeouts, while Johnson added two scoreless innings in relief. Williams led the offense with three RBIs, and Rooney collected two hits as Brentwood Academy finished with multiple stolen bases and a clean defensive effort.

+ SUMMERTOWN VS COVINGTON

Summertown picked up a 3-0 shutout win over Covington on Monday, as Keeton and Huckaba combined to hold Covington scoreless. Keeton earned the win, tossing five innings while allowing just three hits and striking out four, with Huckaba closing the door to secure the save. Bennett provided the key offensive moment, doubling in two runs in the first inning, while Summertown added pressure on the bases with six stolen bases in the victory.

+ NORTH FLORIDA CHRISTIAN VS MCMINN COUNTY

McMinn County edged North Florida Christian 2-1 on Monday in a tightly contested pitching duel. Barnett led the way on the mound, allowing no hits and just one run over five innings while striking out seven. The Cherokees scored both of their runs in the first inning on a groundout by Goodin and a sacrifice fly from Wilson. McDonald added two hits at the plate, and McMinn County’s bullpen combined to finish the game while the defense played error-free behind them.

+ LEON VS ANDERSON COUNTY

Anderson County defeated Leon 11-7 on Monday, jumping out to an early lead with runs in each of the first three innings. Ridenour earned the win, going the distance while striking out five. Offensively, the Mavericks were paced by Owens, Unthank, Ridenour, and Fletcher, who each drove in two runs, with Ridenour also collecting two hits. Leon scattered several hits in the loss, with Smith leading the team with two RBIs.
