Casteel (14) vs. Horizon (5)
Casteel (#3) exploded for nine runs in the second inning to overwhelm Horizon (#19) in a 14-5 victory. The Colts' offensive barrage was highlighted by RBI doubles from Armenta and Bingochea, along with a two-run single from Thompson. Harwood earned the win in relief, while Hokanson struck out three in his starting effort. Dodd paced the 12-hit attack with a perfect 3-for-3 day at the plate, and Barker added pressure on the basepaths with two stolen bases.

Desert Vista (4) vs. Williams Field (2)
Desert Vista (#8) ground out a 4-2 win over Williams Field (#2) behind a stellar performance on the mound from Brock MacDonald. MacDonald tossed six innings, allowing just two runs and striking out four to keep the high-powered Black Hawks at bay. Skinner provided the late-inning heroics with a two-run double in the sixth to break a 1-1 tie. Despite a solo home run from Williams Field’s Utash, the Thunder bullpen held firm, with Solis picking up the save.

Perry (7) vs. Flagstaff (5)
Perry (#25) survived a late-inning push from Flagstaff (#20) to secure a 7-5 road win. The Pumas jumped out to a 6-0 lead by the second inning, fueled by a three-run single from Grote. Flagstaff chipped away at the lead, led by a three-RBI night from Johnson, but Perry’s Dannenfeldt did enough over three innings to earn the win. Lincoln Oltmanns was lights-out in relief, striking out two in a perfect frame to halt the Eagles' momentum.

Cesar Chavez (3) vs. Liberty (2)
Cesar Chavez pulled off a 3-2 upset over Liberty (#10) in a classic pitcher's duel. Garcia was excellent for the Champions, limiting the Lions to just two runs over six innings of work to earn the victory. Liberty took an early lead on a two-run double by Wood, but Chavez fought back, tying it in the fourth before Munoz delivered the go-ahead RBI single in the fifth. Lagunas stepped up in the final frame to secure the save and the win for the Champions.
