Compiled from submissions by high school coaches statewide, this feature highlights standout individual efforts from the previous week and takes a closer look at the players who made the biggest impact on the diamond.

Braden Martin LHP / OF / Lee-Scott Academy, AL / 2027The uncommitted junior southpaw picked up a win in a highly anticipated matchup versus Ariton, tossing 5 scoreless innings while allowing 4 hits, striking out 8, and issuing 1 walk |

Isaac Hancock OF / RHP / Northside Methodist Church & Academy, AL / 2026The senior earned a complete game shutout, allowing 1 hit with 10 strikeouts and 2 walks, carrying a no-hitter into the 7th inning while throwing 65 strikes on 97 pitches (67%). |

Houston Tibbs SS / 2B / Hamilton High School, AL / 2027Tibbs, a junior, earned a complete game shutout vs. Winfield, tossing 7 IP while allowing 3 hits, striking out 8, and issuing no walks. |

Tyler Booth RHP / Rehobeth, AL / 2026The Huntingdon recruit tossed 5.1 innings, allowing 2 hits and 1 earned run while striking out 9 and issuing 4 walks helping the Rebels get off to a 10-3 start to the 2026 season. |
