Derek Vazquez Named Prep Baseball NC Player of the Week

Derek Vazquez, SS, Charlotte Christian, Class of 2028

Derek Vazquez takes home the NC Player of the Week honors after a stellar six game stretch at the Lancer Classic Championship in Arizona! The shortstop was 10-14 at the dish with a pair of doubles and three homers and produced 10 RBI and nine runs scored, as he paced the Knights to a 6-0 record on their trip out west. Outstanding job by Derek to represent Charlotte Chrisitian and the entire Tar Heel State on a big stage!
