QUICK HITS

A pair of right/right players from the northern part fo the state impressed on the day in INF/RHP Elijah Solin (Chippewa Falls, 2030) & INF/OF Konnor Kilinski (Wausau West, 2030).

Solin started the day by arugably tossing the top 'pen of the day, operating out of a clean delivery while flashing feel for three pitches while recording the top fastball velocity of the day at 78.4 mph. At the plate the right-handed hitter swung an upside and athletic bat with feel for the barrel flashing feel to repeat an easy and loose operation.

Kilinski is an athletic and versatile position player standing at 5-foot-11, 150-pound frame. Took a standout round of batting practice on the day flashing feel for the barrel from a twitchy and easy path with feel to work on plane and drive the ball in the air with leverage. Defensively showed feel to field multiple positions with athletic actions and advanced arm strength from both the infield and outfield.
