2027 OF Harrison Brown, Madison

Brown continued his hot stretch with another strong showing, finishing 3-for-5 with 2 RBI and looking like one of the most dangerous bats in the lineup and in the Western League. He stands out physically right away with a strong build, especially in the lower half, and that strength shows up in the swing. The operation is pretty easy overall, but there is real force behind it, and he did a great job seeing the ball well throughout the day. Pitch after pitch, he looked on time and ready to do damage. What stood out most was how well the strength and bat speed worked together. He has quick hands through the zone and lets the lower half do a lot of the work, which helps the swing play without needing extra effort. It is an aggressive swing, but it stays under control, and that balance allowed him to keep producing all game. Brown looked the part physically and backed it up with performance, making this another impressive offensive look from a bat that is clearly trending in the right direction.
