The Honokaa Dragons are your 2026 BIIF Division II champions, finishing an unbeaten three-game postseason run with a 6-3 win over Hawaii Prep at Wong Stadium.

Honokaa's lineup carried real production throughout the tournament, scoring 27 runs across the two-game semifinal series against Kohala before doing enough in the title game to finish the job. Josyah Napoleon-Umeda and Jayden Salazar have been key two-way pieces all year, while Rory Crabbe and Isaac Derego helped give the Dragons steady production in a deep postseason push. Their "gamer" play style will make them a team to watch in the State Playoffs. The Dragons are BIIF DII Champs for the first time since 2008.
