In conjunction with our comprehensive in-game coverage throughout the 2026 season, we’ll publish this Daily Roundup to keep readers informed on the latest happenings across the state.

Staley powered past Liberty North for an 8-2 victory, highlighted by a massive six-run third inning featuring RBI doubles from Landon Schreifels and Brandon Perkins. Schreifels also dominated on the mound, earning the win by striking out eight batters and allowing zero runs over five innings of relief. Liberty North was led by Ben Highley, who finished with two hits, and Parker Jenkins, who drove in a run to give the team an early lead.

Liberty rode a dominant complete-game performance from southpaw Grady Coppinger, who struck out 10 batters and surrendered only three hits in an 8-1 win over Park Hill South. The offense was sparked by Aidan Nicholson’s three-run home run and a perfect 4-for-4 day from Jonathan Pearcy, as the team combined for 11 hits. Park Hill South's lone run came courtesy of a solo home run from Carson Bjorn in the first inning.

Francis Howell edged out Francis Howell North for a 5-3 victory supported by a strong start from Jake Brettschneider, who surrendered only one unearned run and struck out six over six innings. Derek Chupp led the offense with two hits and an RBI double, while Jack Hubbard stepped in to secure the save. Despite the loss, Howell North received a stellar performance from pitcher Carson Howard, who struck out 10 batters over nearly seven innings of work.

The offense provided plenty of support with a 10-hit attack, led by two-hit games from Colin Cao, Alec Best, Colt Bierk, and Marsh, alongside two RBIs from Logan Botkins. Capital City's effort was highlighted by an RBI from Shea Clark and hits from John Langston, Chase Lewis, Luke Skinner, and Kingston Ogden.

Zac Voss earned the victory in relief, striking out four over two scoreless innings after Union erased an early deficit in the fifth and sixth innings. Blair Oaks was paced by Carson Verslues and Kaden Schulte, who both drove in runs during a strong start that saw pitcher Vander Halford record six strikeouts.

Oak Park's Grayson Mrowinski led his team's effort at the plate by finishing 2-for-4 in the contest.

Caruthersville's offense was paced by Jared Hudgens, who drove in two runs and collected one of the team's two hits.
