Oregon Uncommitted Spotlight - '27 INF/RHP Charley Chipps

As we move through the high school season, Prep Baseball Oregon features an Uncommitted Spotlight, where we highlight standout performers who have attended a Prep Baseball ID event this year. Uncommitted spotlights are meant to showcase players that Prep Baseball Scouts felt showed standout tools, large improvements in overall game, or potential upside moving forward. College coaches and recruiters should be sure to keep an eye on these prospects in the coming months.

This week, we spotlight '27 INF/RHP Charley Chipps. The junior from La Salle Catholic High School had a big time performance at PNW Preseason All-State this winter.

A 6'1 two-way player, Chipps highlighted his showcase with mid-90's exit velocities, a sub-7 second 60 time, and a fastball up to 87 MPH. Below is a complete player profile breakdown.
