Willowbrook vs. Downers Grove South

Arizona commit, currency ranked No. 12 in the state. 6-foot-1, 190-pound frame, lean and high-waisted, all sorts of room to add strength in the coming years. Started at shortstop and hit out of the three-hole. The right-handed hitter didn’t have anything to show for it at the plate, but showed a selective approach with a clean operation, controlled forward move with subtle hand load, some rhythm pre-pitch, hands look to work on top of the baseball with a steep path. Fluid mover out in the field with soft hands, floats around with ease and long strides, funnel into the body with clean transfers, plays low and with leverage. Arm showed easy life and backspin across, accurate strikes.
