Prep Baseball Tennessee, USA Stadium Welcomes Chad Biles
April 24, 2026
Prep Baseball is proud to announce the hiring of Chad Biles as its new Mid-South Assistant Scout, effective immediately. Based out of Memphis, Biles brings over 25 years of coaching and talent evaluation experience to the role, where he will lead Prep Baseball’s scouting operations, tournament coverage, and event initiatives across west Tennessee and the greater Mid-South region, specifically at the USA Stadium Complex in Millington, Tenn.
Prep Baseball and Sports Academy announced a partnership in August that will allow for enhanced collaboration between the organizations through events, training, and national scouting exposure.
“Chad’s extensive coaching background and eye for talent make him a massive addition to our scouting staff,” said Hunter Martin, Prep Baseball Tennessee State Director. “He has already been an integral part of our success in Tennessee, helping us identify and assemble some of the most talented rosters in Future Games history. Having him officially on board to spearhead our coverage in west Tennessee and the Mid-South will elevate our presence to new heights.”
Biles’ ties to the baseball community run deep. He has spent more than two and a half decades coaching, including tenures with highly respected travel organizations such as Nashville-based Knights Baseball and Wow Factor National, as well as high school programs at Ravenwood and Independence high schools. Through these roles, he has been instrumental in evaluating and developing elite players, cultivating a sharp eye for talent that perfectly aligns with Prep Baseball’s mission.
Biles is already a familiar face within the Prep Baseball network. He has been a key collaborator in Tennessee and its coverage has grown over the last few years, especially. Moving forward, Biles will apply his vast network and experience to his new role as Mid-South Assistant Scout. Not only will he deliver comprehensive high school and travel baseball coverage across West Tennessee, but he will also be heavily involved in growing the USA Stadium Complex in Memphis, expanding its capacity and reputation as a premier destination on the national travel baseball circuit.
To ensure players from every corner of the Mid-South are seen and supported, Biles wants to hear from the community. Please email him at [email protected] with college commitments, player updates, and noteworthy talent in your area.
“I have been blessed with the opportunity to coach for over 25 years, which has allowed me to be around some truly elite players,” Biles said. “This experience has equipped me with an eye for evaluating talent, which I’ve proudly brought to the Prep Baseball brand in Tennessee.
“I plan to help take the Prep Baseball brand to the next level in west Tennessee and the Mid-South,” Biles added. “I am also incredibly excited about growing USA Stadium and establishing its capacity as a premier destination spot on the travel baseball circuit.”
