Spanish Springs 14, Douglas 4
Spanish Springs utilized a relentless offensive barrage to overpower Douglas 14-4 on Tuesday. The Cougars blew the game open early, scoring 11 runs across the first two innings to secure a dominant home victory.

The star of the show was senior Cole Schaffer, a Northwest Nazarene commit. Schaffer anchored the Cougars' lineup with a 2-for-2 performance, including a home run, a double, and a game-high four RBIs. Senior Nery Gonzalez was equally impressive, going a perfect 3-for-3 with a home run and two RBIs. Landon Garrido added to the home run tally, while Tony Le contributed two hits and two RBIs. Douglas was led by junior Titus Gocke, who showed off his present hit tool with two doubles and two RBIs.

Damonte Ranch 4, Bishop Manogue 2
Damonte Ranch utilized clinical pitching and timely situational hitting to secure a 4-2 victory over Bishop Manogue on Tuesday. The Mustangs combined a stellar defensive effort with a productive middle of the order to hold off the Miners in a classic Northern Nevada battle.

The story of the game was junior Matthew Bonczyk, who delivered an efficient performance on the mound. Bonczyk tossed 6.1 dominant innings, surrendering just two runs while striking out four to earn the win. Junior Spencer Deitz provided the offensive spark with a solo home run and finished with two RBIs.

Bishop Manogue was led by senior Aidan Cruz, who launched a solo home run, and junior shortstop Cinco Guillen, a Team Nevada representative at the 2025 Future Games. Keenan Dolan also contributed an RBI in the tightly contested loss.

Reno 4, Reed 3
Reno secured a dramatic 4-3 walk-off victory over Reed on Tuesday in a game that was defined by a classic pitching duel and a frantic final frame. The Huskies utilized a late defensive miscue to overcome a seventh-inning comeback by the Raiders.

The story of the game was the dominant start by senior Zack Irvin. Irvin was nearly untouchable, carving through the Reed lineup for 5.2 scoreless innings while racking up nine strikeouts and surrendering just four hits. Offensively, senior Wilson Thomton provided the early spark with an RBI double. Pike Adrian anchored the Reno attack with two hits and three runs scored. Reed was kept in the game by a heroic effort from senior Chase Spencer; the 6'5" right-hander, recently named Prep Baseball Pitcher of the Week, battled through 6.2 innings and struck out seven. Sophomore Braxton Liguori provided the clutch RBI in the seventh to briefly tie the contest.
