News & Notes

+ We are heading into the final week of the regular season, and it doesn't get any closer than this. Southeastern leads the DII conference standings, but Kirkwood, Iowa Central, and DMACC are all within three games, as we kick off an exciting week within the ICCAC.

+ For the D1 standings, Iowa Western sits at 11-1 in conference, holding a commanding lead ahead of Indian Hills and Southwestern.

+ It was a huge week for Kirkwood as they bounced back from a loss on Monday, taking down Southeastern in two games and sweeping Iowa Central in three games. Now 18-5 in conference, 42-7 overall.

+ It was a loud Wednesday as DMACC put up 38 runs and Northeast put up 40 as well in their respective games.

+ Nolan Geislinger broke an Iowa Western program record with 70 stolen bases.

+ Kirkwood's Jax Theeler powered his way through the week with two home runs and five RBIs.
