Welcome to the WIAA Daily Roundup, where our Prep Baseball Wisconsin staff will provide readers with scores, game recaps, and highlights from the games that took place the day before. In conjunction with our comprehensive in-game coverage throughout the 2026 season, we’ll publish this Daily Roundup to keep readers informed on the latest happenings across the state.

Capitalizing on a late-inning defensive miscue, the Brookfield East Spartans scraped past the Muskego Warriors for a 4-3 victory on Friday. After Jackson Suttle tied the game with his second RBI single of the day in the top of the sixth, the Spartans plated the game-winning run on a seventh-inning error to secure the comeback win. Reliever Zack Steichen shut the door to earn the victory, allowing zero runs on one hit and one walk while striking out three across 2.0 innings. Muskego starter Cruz Ramirez delivered a strong no-decision, yielding two runs on four hits and zero walks with five Ks over 5.0 IP, while Brookfield East starter Dominic Melby surrendered three runs on three hits and two walks over his 2.0 IP. At the plate, the Warriors' lineup was paced by Ty Glysch's perfect 3-for-3 performance and a first-inning solo home run from Maddux Lessard.
