The Missouri Scout Blog provides insider information and scouting notes from the Prep Baseball Scouting Staff during the season. This running blog will feature information on underclass prospects, unsigned seniors, draft prospects, and anything else that is notable. We will provide a wide range of information, including player evaluations, velocities, pop times, home to first times, and more. Simply put, the Missouri Scout Blog is loaded with information collected via our boots-on-the-ground coverage of the state's high school season.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 6

WARRENSBURG VS. HARRISONVILLE

Brodie McNeal, RHP, Harrisonville, 2026
Uncommitted. The 6-foot-3, 200-pound right-hander competed at a high level for all seven innings of this one, taking a tough-luck loss after allowing just two runs on two hits and three walks while punching out six. His fastball held velocity at 80-83 mph throughout his start, showing feel for landing a 70-73 mph curveball for strikes consistently.
