Jake Winger 3B / McCutcheon, IN / 2026+ Winger wins Week 5 honors after a big week on both sides of the ball. At the dish, the Indiana recruit went 9-for-14 with four doubles, two home runs, and six RBI. Winger also earned a complete game, shutout win on the mound where he allowed four hits, walked zero, and struck out three. |

+ Rob Czarniecki, OF/P, 2026, Chesterton, Kentucky recruit: Czarniecki is having a huge season and lands on this list again. Last week, he collected (10) hits, including a pair of doubles, a triple, and a homer. He recorded (6) RBI and scored (5) runs.
+ Jackson McDaniel, LHP, 2026, Perry Meridian, Olney Central recruit: McDaniel continues to be a workhorse for Perry Meridian. This week, the Olney Central recruit worked 14.1 innings, allowed just (5) hits and (2) walks, while recording (17) punch-outs.
+ Drew Bingamon, P/OF, 2026, Triton Jr/Sr High School: A multi-time 1A All-State performer, Bingamon did it all for Triton last week. On the mound, he worked (11) scoreless innings, allowed just (3) hits and (2) walks, while striking out (16). At the dish, he went 12-for-20, homered, and scored (12) runs.
+ Derek Weaver, RHP, 2026, South Adams, Wright State-Lake recruit: Weaver was perfect in his start on the mound this week, throwing a run-rule shortened, (5) perfect innings in a win where he recorded (11) strikeouts.
+ Colin Axel-Adams, OF, 2027, Pendleton Heights, Purdue recruit: Axel-Adams swung it well for the Arabians and helped them land in our Top 25 for 4A for the first time this spring. He went 5-for-9 offensively, hit a homer, stole (5) bases, and recorded (7) RBI.
+ Bryton Gregg, RHP/IF, 2027, Wright State recruit: Gregg tossed seven scoreless, hitless innings last week for Greencastle while tallying (14) strikeouts. He also added (3) hits on the offensive side, two of which went for extra bases.
+ Gavin Jenkins, 1B/LHP, 2027, Eastern Hancock: Jenkins recorded (4) hits last week, though (3) were home runs as he drove in (11) throughout the week. He walked twice, swiped three bags, and also recorded a win on the mound.
+ Gavin Hunt, C, 2027, Angola: Hunt was excellent at the dish this week, going 7-for-12 with (6) extra-base hits including (3) doubles, (2) triples, and a home run.
+ Brycen Mroz, C/P/INF, 2027, Northeast Dubois: In a win over Boonville, Brycen collected 2 hits including a walk-off grand slam and picked up the win on the mound while not giving up a hit or an earned run and striking out (7) over 4 innings.
+ Logan Johnston, RHP, 2026, Crown Point, Indiana recruit: Johnston earned the win in his start over Portage last week, punching out (13) during a 1-hit, complete game performance.
+ Syrus Lee, LHP, 2028, Shenandoah: Lee threw a no-hitter versus Blackford last week, allowing just (1) free pass over his seven innings of work. He struck out (8) and needed just (75) pitches to record the CG no-hitter.
+ Dylan Pequignot, RHP, 2028, Columbia City: The sophomore righty threw a no-hitter versus Bellmont, earning the complete game shutout with (8) strikeouts.
+ Dane Burton, RHP, 2028, Roncalli: The sophomore righty went seven shutout in his outing last week, striking out (12) in a win where he allowed just (3) hits and (3) walks.
+ Henry Haley, RHP, 2027, Cathedral: Haley picked up a big win for Cathedral last week as they took down 4A #6 Homestead. He took a no-hitter into the 7th against the Spartans to earn the win, allowing just (1) hit with (5) punch-outs.
+ Davis Moore, LHP, 2027, Zionsville, Vanderbilt recruit: Moore was excellent in a complete game win that went into extras against 4A #5 Bloomington South. He finished with (8) innings pitched, struck out (7), and allowed (5) hits and a walk during this outing. For the week, Davis' statline was as followed: 9.1 IP, 6 H, 3 ER, 1 BB, 11 K's.
