NOTABLE RECAPS FROM MONDAY
#13 Lehi (10) vs. #23 Corner Canyon (7)
The Lehi Pioneers outslugged Corner Canyon in a back-and-forth 10–7 victory that came down to which lineup could land the biggest punches. Jake Welch was the undisputed star for Lehi, putting on a clinic at the plate with two home runs and five RBIs to power the Pioneer offense. Corner Canyon refused to go away quietly, matching Lehi with 12 hits of their own—including a perfect 3-for-3 afternoon from Levi Hines—but they couldn't find the big hit needed to overcome Welch’s monster day. After Sawyer Call got through the early innings, Taygen Stephensen came on in relief to steady the ship, allowing just one run over the final three-plus frames to lock down the win and keep Lehi rolling in Region 3 play.

#20 Jordan (5) vs. #10 Lone Peak (4)
In an extra-inning thriller, the Jordan Beetdiggers outlasted the Lone Peak Knights to grab a gritty 5–4 victory. Both teams were swinging hot bats with 10 hits apiece, but Jordan found a way to win despite committing four errors in the field. Joey Peak and Dallon Molder did the heavy lifting for the Beetdiggers, combining for four RBIs, while Easton Wartman and Isaac Salazar each added a pair of hits to keep the pressure on. Lone Peak stayed right in the hunt behind multi-hit games from Bronx Chavira and Johnson, but they couldn't quite close the door in the later frames. Talon Petersen kept Jordan in the game with over six solid innings on the mound, and Kade Carter came on in relief to shut down the Knights and earn the win in the eighth.

#9 Riverton (10) vs. #17 Bingham (0)
The Riverton Silverwolves put on an absolute clinic on both sides of the ball, cruising to a dominant 10–0 shutout over the Bingham Miners. Riverton’s lineup was locked in from the start, racking up a massive 16 hits and keeping the pressure on the Miners' defense all afternoon. Ryder Sand was a force at the plate, turning in a perfect 4-for-4 performance with three RBIs, while Bryce Mounteer and Jager Mozingo helped bridge the gap with key run-scoring hits. While the bats provided the fireworks, Rocky Downs was the story on the mound. Downs tossed a 6.0-inning masterpiece, allowing just three hits and striking out five to completely silence the Bingham bats and secure the lopsided victory.

#5 American Fork (12) vs. #15 Skyridge (9)
In a high-octane offensive carousel, the American Fork Cavemen outlasted the Skyridge Falcons in a 12–9 fireworks display that featured a combined 25 hits. The Cavemen's lineup functioned efficiently, punishing the Falcons' staff with 15 hits, anchored by Bentley Taggart’s three RBIs and Cache Poulson’s clutch home run. While Skyridge threatened to turn the game their way behind Miles Robinson’s pair of triples, American Fork’s depth proved too much to overcome in the later innings. The Falcons showed plenty of heart by clawing back with a 10-hit effort, but Bode Gaggero provided the necessary stability in relief to earn the win despite a chaotic fifth inning. This slugfest saw American Fork navigate a minefield of hit batsmen and walks to secure the victory, ultimately relying on Kenny Johnson’s three-hit performance to keep the Falcons at arm's length.

Kearns (6) vs. Taylorsville (9)
The Taylorsville Warriors overcame a defensive nightmare to grind out a 9–6 victory over the Kearns Cougars, proving that big hits can outshine seven errors. The Warriors found their rhythm at the plate by living in the gaps, utilizing three-baggers from Jesse Montanez, Ryne Lageschulte, and Samson Rolfe to drive in the bulk of their runs. Kearns actually out-hit Taylorsville with a 10-hit afternoon—led by multi-hit games from Diego Martinez and Mason Rodarte—but they couldn't find the knockout blow against Jayden West. West was a absolute workhorse on the mound for Taylorsville, tossing a 105-pitch complete game and navigating high-traffic innings to limit the damage and secure the gritty win.
