Notre Dame Prep rolled into the next round with a dominant 16-0 shutout victory over Catalina Foothills on Monday at Tempe Diablo Stadium. The Saints piled up 14 hits and erupted for eight runs in the seventh inning to put the game out of reach. Henry led the offensive attack with four RBIs, while also earning the win on the mound after tossing six scoreless innings.

Groppenbacher delivered the biggest swing with a two run triple, while Longfellow and Nachman continued to apply pressure throughout the lineup. Schnepf and McInturf combined to limit the Jaguars offensively as the Knights advanced.
