Uncommitted. An upside 6-foot-2, 165-pound righty, Blessing gave the Hawks a strong start in a top-ten matchup in this look. He showcased his pitchability, effectively landing his entire arsenal for strikes and mixing speeds to keep a strong offense off-balance in the tough-luck loss. His fastball worked into the low 80s with more in the tank, and he spun a loopy, high-60s curveball with downer spin. He scattered just two hits and one earned run in a complete-game effort.
