Welcome to the WIAA Daily Roundup, where our Prep Baseball Wisconsin staff will provide readers with scores, game recaps, and highlights from the games that took place the day before. In conjunction with our comprehensive in-game coverage throughout the 2026 season, we’ll publish this Daily Roundup to keep readers informed on the latest happenings across the state.

The New Berlin Eisenhower Lions leaned on a dominant pitching performance and a pair of third-inning home runs to secure a 10-4 victory over the New Berlin West Vikings on Wednesday. The Lions established an early lead in the first inning when Carter Monreal grounded out to push two runs across the plate. After New Berlin West capitalized on a defensive error to tie the game at 2-2 in the top of the second, New Berlin Eisenhower reclaimed the lead for good with a decisive three-run surge in the bottom of the third. The rally was highlighted by a two-run home run to right field by Alex Michna, immediately followed by a solo blast to center field from Caleb Johns to make it 5-2. The Lions continued to apply pressure, extending their advantage with a pair of runs in the fourth and a three-run fifth inning to put the game out of reach. Caleb Johns earned the win with a powerful performance on the hill, surrendering four runs on three hits while racking up 10 strikeouts over four and two-thirds innings of work. After Westosha Central seized a 2-1 advantage in the top of the second behind a two-run double from Parker Haubrich, Mukwonago answered immediately in the bottom half of the frame to reclaim a 4-2 lead on run-scoring singles by Scheel and Braedon Paczocha. Westosha tied the game at 4-4 in the top of the fourth, but the Indians broke the deadlock for good in the bottom half with a decisive three-run surge, highlighted by an Isaac Teisl RBI triple, a sacrifice fly from Bo Dooley, and a solo home run to left field by Paczocha. Mukwonago then put the game out of reach with a three-run explosion in the sixth, punctuated by another two-run knock from Paczocha. Cooper Graham earned the win with a gritty performance on the mound, surrendering four runs on six hits while racking up eight strikeouts over 5.0 innings of work.
