Each week throughout the high school season, we will announce the Prep Baseball Oregon Pitcher and Hitter of the Week, recognizing standout performances from across the state. With numerous players excelling both at the plate and on the mound, this award will be based on nominations submitted through our POTW Google Form.

Additionally, we will continue our Oregon Diamond Notes to highlight other deserving players nominated by coaches who were not selected as the Pitcher or Hitter of the Week.

This week's Hitter of the Week is '26 INF Jake Rolling (Jesuit).

Jacob Rolling SS / RHP / Jesuit, OR / 2026 Rankings  StateRank: 6 / POS: 2 The Jesuit High School senior had a huge set of games, finishing the week 7-8 to win Oregon POTW in week 9. The righty slugged 2 home runs, plating 2 runs with 10 RBI. The Future Games alum is committed to play college ball at Gonzaga University next year.
